Peter,

This letter is long overdue. I want to thank you for all the help that you have given me over the last two years. In 2005, when I first came in to see you, I couldn't move my neck and arm on the left side. I had given up hope, after trying physical therapy, acupuncture, pain meds, but nothing helped - I even wore a neck brace. You were the only person that was able to help me. The McKenzie Method really worked wonders. After coming to see you a few times a week for 2-3 months, I saw a marked improvement and got back my full range of motion. I have referred a few of my friends to you as well. You were also very helpful in showing me how to do some of these exercises at home, and I continue to do them which I find very helpful anytime I feel a flare-up coming on.

More recently in 2007 I came back to you with pain in my jaw and headaches, and again you were able to help me. I appreciate all of your concern, dedication, patience and your willingness to treat me, even on short notice. Thanks again for all your help, and I look forward to working with you in the future. You are truly a Miracle Worker!!!!

Dear Peter:

I would like to extend my greatest admiration for your facility's outstanding service. Prior to my recent return visit to ProCare, I'd been absent since August 2006 due to being ill. I visited another facility as a member, which was able to give me access to water therapy. After two months of physical therapy there, I proved to be non-productive, while being given little hope for improvement.

My daughter Maryann and my physician Dr. Thompson both agreed that it would be wise to consider returning to your facility. This we did. Upon returning to your organization, I was greeted with such a warm welcome by you and your staff. I was pleasantly surprised and found it difficult to express sufficient gratitude for the gesture.

My previous appointments at your facility had primarily been made with John Becker. During the course of those sessions, I felt we had reached a degree of success with my gait training. I attribute that success to John's great ability and fine skill. In addition, I find him to be a warm compassionate person.
