Success Stories - Clark:

Your mastery of physiology in conjunction with your skillful application of McKenzian techniques produced results for me which I have to say were on an extraordinary level.

Presenting with a herniated disc laterally to the far right, my "self-diagnosis" was a very pessimistic one. Here, I had thought that I knew all there was to know about the subject of horribly bad backs and appropriate exercises. Amazingly, I leave here now with a valuable new cache of creative, practical exercises tailored to my condition, new concepts and the confidence of knowing that an eleven-minute mile is within my reach. My outlook now is a very optimistic one, indeed.

To get down to the plain business of total healing, neurosurgeons and orthopedic surgeons would do well to recruit the specific brand of expertise that you have brought to your field. The point is - you know how to make bodies well.

All of this - and personable, insightful conversation, too. No session was ever stale (far from it).

For all of these things, Dean, I sincerely thank you.

I was 7 months pregnant with a herniated disk in my neck. The pain was so severe I stopped working - even driving, doing dishes and other day-to-day tasks were painful. Outside of offering medication - which I did not want to risk with the baby - several doctors said there was nothing they could do for me. My main concern was: would I be able to hold my newborn without severe pain? I started seeing Dean three days a week, and within two weeks I already felt better. Both Dean and I agreed that because of my pregnancy, he could not treat my injury as he normally would, but he did not give up on me, either. He was very knowledgeable about how his treatments would affect my growing and expanding both (it helped that his wife was pregnant, too!) and he treated me very carefully. Three months later, my daughter Mia and I are doing fine! The pain is manageable with the exercises Dean showed me and, best of all, I can hold my baby with no problems! I will definitely come back to ProCare.

Thanks Dean!!

I am a pitcher at Union High School. I suffered a shoulder injury during the fall of 2005 that had put questions in my mind on how well and fast I would come back. I couldn't even throw a baseball sixty feet when I came to Dean. Being a high school student, you become nervous and anxious on how you would come back from an injury like this. When I walked in I was nervous, but with Dean's great personality I felt so much more comfortable. He wasn't just doing his job as a physical therapist but he was a friend as well. Without the way Dean helped me and pushed me I wouldn't have made such a comeback. I started with Dean in October 2005 until December. I couldn't feel any better than I do now. I'm throwing like I normally do, without any pain or discomfort. I worked hard to get better and Dean worked hard to get me better. I thank him a lot. I am now one hundred percent ready for the season to start. After a comeback like this, I highly recommend to anyone that ProCare is more than an excellent choice, it's the right choice.
